I. Applicant requirements
1. Native English speaker;
2. Bachelor degree or above;
3. Those with English teaching experience and TEFL/TESOL certificate will be favorably considered;
4. No criminal record;
5. In good health;
6. Could obey rules of Tianjin Agricultural University, laws and regulations of China and respect Chinese customs.
II. Benefits
1. Being paid monthly according to the work you have done. Based on <>, those whose salary is in excess of specified amounts shall be taxed at¡¡progressive tax rates.
2. Could sign a contract for half a year or more.
3. Being provided free accommodation on campus. Those who are willing to live outside pay bills by themselves, and could get an allowance.
4. Being provided the Comprehensive Insurance of Foreign Students /Foreign Teachers of Ping An Insurance Company (Group) of China Ltd. recommended by Ministry of Education of P.R.China, the insurance period will cover the contract time.

V. Recruitment process
1. Applicants will be informed of an interview within a week.
2. Applicants invited for an interview will be assessed his/her English Language Proficiency.
3. An agreement will be signed between a qualified applicant and Tianjin Agricultural University.
4. The qualified applicant will start work from next semester.
